This course is for all staff as everyone needs to know about the new legal requirement regarding creating a zero-tolerance workplace relating to sexual harassment.

This module will:
· Outline the Employer Responsibilities Under the Worker Protection Act (2024)
· Look at the definition of Sexual Harassment
· Examine the impact of Sexual Harassment
· Explain the reasonable steps employers must take
· Discuss how a school should deal with Sexual Harassment allegations?
· Detail the barriers to reporting;
· Talk about how staff can raise a grievance; and
· Explain the difference between ‘banter’ and harassment.
