The government's announcement of a full lockdown in England explained.

In January 2021 the government announced a full lockdown in England. This resulted in schools only being able to open for vulnerable students and children of key workers. All other students are to be educated remotely and exams have been replaced by a system of teacher assessment. For the list of which students are considered children of key workers please visit this webpage below.
